• Electro-absorption modulator integrated, directly modulated, CW source DFB’s and optical receivers for WDM and single wavelength long haul applictions at bit rates up to 2.5 GB/s.
• High power analogue and return path laser for CATV applications.
• GaAs ICs for optical components.
